| The Cove Community Association is a non-profit [501(c)(3)] organization of volunteers dedicated to improving the greater Cove area. Established initially to implement the 1998 Cove Strategic Plan, the Association supports activities and projects to build a more cohesive and enriched community. The Association sponsors the annual Cove Arts Festival and Cherry Fair, Cove Clean-Up Day, and the Funky to Fine Art Auction. The Association also promotes key infrastructure improvement projects, often in cooperation with other organizations. The Association took the lead in developing the Cove Parks and Community Center Master Plan (2001) and the feasibility study for the Cove Warms Springs Pool (2003). Among other recent projects, The Cove Community Association also developed the pocket park adjacent to the high school athletic field and installed new city signs welcoming people to Cove. |
